Judo: In a Judo career spanning over 10 years, I have won more than 15 medals and certificates of achievement at the national level, including first, second, and third-place finishes.

Academic Achievements & Scholarships: I was awarded Spain's prestigious FPI (Personal Investigador Predoctoral) scholarship, enabling me to conduct scientific research for 5 years at the Complutense University of Madrid and successfully complete my PhD. I also studied at the University of Huelva in Spain through the Erasmus Student Exchange Program.

International Experience: I broadened my academic experience as a visiting researcher at the University of Duisburg-Essen in Germany. My scientific articles have been published in international peer-reviewed journals, and I have presented my work at major conferences.

Community Contribution & Leadership: I took an active role as a volunteer trainer in national projects organized by the European Union, delivering educational sessions to numerous high school students. For 5 years, I participated in national scouting activities, developing leadership and endurance skills in challenging outdoor environments.
